Normal warranty Issue
Example: Upholstery, Stereo, Small Electrial Items ie(phone charger, usb port, ect), Gatorstep, and Ect

FYI All upholstery and gator step take minimun 4-6 weeks to arrive on location 

Steps to Take for Best Warranty Service 

1.Take photos and /or videos of the item in question and write what it's issue is 

2.What is the make, mode, year and vin of your boat

3.Write down what happening before this Ie the story of the occurance 

4.Email all of this as well as any thing else important to this issue to Service@mellomarine.com


 
Boat Down Issue
Example: No Start, No forward or Reverce, No Power, Won't Plane, and Ect.

Important Steps to take

1.What is the make, mode, year and vin of your boat

2.Take photos and /or videos of the item in question and write what it's issue is 

3.Email all of this as well as any thing else important to this issue to Service@mellomarine.com
